Put a Xbox series x in for repair the process was easy they kept me updated along the way and returned it good as new. The fault was a power supply unit/not turning on and I nearly bought another one until I gave this a try. It?s free if they don?t fix so nothing to lose. No damage, a two year warranty on the new parts and all done within two weeks for £99. A big than you to the tech centre and Cramlington CEX, I would most certainly recommend this service to anyone in need of repair.

Called into the Cramlington branch today 17th March waited in the queue till it was my turn and then asked the male assistant if he could get a watch from the cabinet for me I was ignored he looked past me and stated to served a female who was behind me. I then had to start again with a different member of staff but I was so mad about what happened I left the store and went elsewhere to buy a watch.

One star. There is one gentlemen there who is tall with brown hair, seems to worked there a while who is ALWAYS rude to customers. He needs to be spoken to because the way he is towards customers is atrocious!!
Other than that it?s a good little shop, half staff don?t know what they?re doing though

Sold my used phone to this store today - service was quick and efficient, I had already enquired and did the master reset, cleaned the phone and brought the charger etc so was a pleasant transaction and had a nice chat with the sales assistant. would recommend for trading in, very helpful and friendly staff!
