CarpetWrong!! Worse than useless!!First visit they measured the floor wrong.First fitter said he couldn't do the job.Second fitter visit was a no show.Third fitter visit turned out to be them dumping the vinyl in our hallway on the way to the pub.Fourth fitter visit they turned up an hour late for no reason other than being busy in Costa Coffee.On unrolling the vinyl, numerous holes and mis-cuts were found.Numerous visits and phone calls to the showroom just resulted in the standard " I don't know", " it must be the computer " and " I don't know anything about that".Customer Service? Zero.Professionalism? Zero.To be avoided at ALL costs!!

Purchased hardwood flooring from carpet right, everything went to plan, wood delivered as agreed, fitters arrived on time and completed job to timescale. Very pleased with finished job, very tidy workers throughout and importantly, my wife loves the new flooring. Furniture next.....

Great service from start to finish. Only carpet shop in the area that can arrange fitting for you, others you have to arange it yourself. Emma kept in touch with us between ordering and fitting and then Steve came at the allotted time and did a great job fitting our Laminate wood flooring. Was quick and tidy, taking everything away and cleaned up the room when finished. Highly recommended
