Ordered food 7pm message said 45 minutes delivery. 8pm phone shop to ask where food is and was told it's leaving the shop in 2 minutes and will be delivered within 15 minutes. 8.45pm phoned shop again and told them not to bother delivering it. The customer service and the ability to deliver any food, in my opinion, is certainly not a priority for ANTEP PIZZA CRAMLINGTON. I now know looking at reviews after the fact that this scenario has been ongoing for years, so i will not waste 2 hours of my life waiting for food not to be delivered from Antep and go elsewhere. GOOD LUCK WITH YOUR ORDERS.

Shocking service. Ordered food at 6.55pm and told 45 minute delivery time. 8pm we call up and are told food has just been packed up and is about to go out, first delivery. 8.45 still no sigh of food? called the shop only to be met with attitude and sarcasm from staff member who couldn?t answer where food was? when I said we no longer wanted the food we were shouted at ?what?! So you want to cancel?!!.
Horrendous service. Horrendous customer interactions. Horrendous staff.

Order was pick up for 5 got there they weren't really open food was OK pizzas could of done with longer in the oven

I ordered a mix wrap with chips and cheese it's came stone cold cheese wasn't even melted I then rang for a replacement I rang at 6.47pm and they said they would deliver one I've wiated till 9.20pm and still no replacement wrap absolutely ridiculous and I'm still hungry ?

Got the meal deal. pizza, garlic bread, 2 kebabs and 2 cans of pop and the food was good and plenty of it. Would recommend. Couldent even eat all the food there was enough for a family of 4

I always order with Jusy Eat. Food is amazing and cheap, quality for what you pay is unbelievable. Kebab and chips always hot and fresh. Always full as well. Definitely recommend

I got a 10 inch kebab pizza and the kebab meat was only little bits and it had mushroom and onions on I had better ones with decent kebab meat

Unfortunately, Antep Pizza has to be one of the worst pizza takeouts in the area. Pizza came with no tomatoe purée and I'm almost certain that the base was a ready made one from a supermarket. The garlic sauce was really poor too. Almost like it didn't have garlic in at all and was a cheap thin mayonnaise.Delivery was quick but food is definitely lacking.

Garlic sauce tasted like watered down mayonnaise. Chilli sauce was also very cheap and watery. Pizzas were like an Asda £2 pizza and it just generally didn?t feel like a proper pizza takeaway. First time I?ve tried here but I won?t be back!
