Nice refurbished pub, quiet when we visited, but looked nice and may have a good atmosphere when it's busy.

Unfortunately a really disappointing experience. We stood at the bar for about 5 minutes before someone came to seat us. The dog friendly section is very dingy compared to the rest of the pub. We only ordered soup with a toasted sandwich and nachos. It took about an hour to come. My partner had the nachos, they had virtually no cheese on them and looked very unappetising. My sandwich and soup was ok, but not worth the wait.

Lovely pub. Had Sunday lunch today and the roast beef was delicious. Thick cut beef which melted in your mouth.
