Overall Susan was great and gave me great tips on how to style my curly hair. The salon is nice, staff are friendly but customer service could be better.I had booked an appointment online, and on the day I was phoned to say they needed to rearrange me. The receptionist wanted to rearrange my 4pm appointment to 8am in a few days time..She then offers 10am (much more convenient) to which I say yes that would be great, but she puts me on hold to go check with the hairdresser. She comes back and says ?actually can you do 8am that day??I queried why as she had just offered 10am, her response was ?because that would be more convenient for the hairdresser?.Like c?mon, you are rearranging my appointment which is already inconvenient. My appointment was changed and I was given a senior stylist instead (not what I had booked) so I clarified that this wouldn?t be at an extra cost to me which she said no. However, when I did come for my appointment, they tried to charge me the rate for a senior stylist.

Frankie was lovely, very easy to talk to, she listened to what I wanted, consulted me on the best way to achieve my hair goals, and gave me advice for home care too. My hair looks and feels incredible, so much lighter and healthier without having lost too much length. Cannot recommend her enough. 10/10Services: Shampoo & conditioning

This was my first visit to the Salon and Frankie did a lovely job with my hair which really needed tidying up. She really listened to me and what I wanted and I love that she gave me a beach wave when she dried my hair; really suited me. I'll need to figure out how to do it myself! I am thrilled with my experience at Reflections - and the results. Having recently moved back to Northumberland from East Sussex, I needed to find a superb colorist to take on my blonde highlights, which are on very naturally dark, long hair (a challenge!). I found Reflections through online research, and the excellent reviews were proven straight away; within my first appointment, Susan refreshed and massively improved my colour, whilst maintaining excellent condition. A perfect cut and finish, and I left the salon feeling like I had new hair. Add to that, Susan is a really friendly, super interesting lady to spend time with whilst having your highlights done. AND....they stock the largest range of Clarins, Kerastase and other top brand products I have ever seen in a salon. Really happy, and highly recommended.Services: Hairstyling
