We visited this beautiful shop. The items unquie and lovely. The amazing staff member Chris was so welcoming and friendly.I would highly recommend a visit to this shop.

Loved the look of this shop from the outside & couldn?t wait to go in but the blonde assistant became extremely passive aggressive towards me after a precariously placed ornament was knocked over accidentally near to me!I put it back where I thought it was & explained it wasn?t damaged when I picked it up but her accusatory remarks afterwards made me feel embarrassed & humiliated!I have never been made to feel like that in any shop I?ve ever visited before!I won?t be back.

By far one of best shops/shopping experiences.Great shop with high quality furniture have brought several items from over last 12 months.Genuinely best customer service from moment walk through the door. Can?t believe how much trouble they went too! Anita made sure everything everything arrived safely, fixed any issues quickly and was available to answer questions.

We are extremely pleased with the service from this lovely shop, who made an extra special effort to get us a delightful set of Luminara flame-free tealights in time for Christmas. I think it may have been the last but one box, arriving on the last post day at very short notice. Season's greetings to you all!

Outstanding, quality items at fair prices. Extremely professional service, right from browsing to delivery.Ordered a high end sideboard, was quoted 6 to 8 weeks delivery and actually arrived in just over 5 weeks! Delivered (free), unpacked in the room, installed, and all packaging removed. Beautiful furniture.Rare to find such service...highly recommended!

Found the dining table of my dreams to complement my new kitchen which was finished 3 weeks before Christmas. No other store in the Uk could guarantee delivery before Christmas. Anita and Ian pulled out all stops and picked up direct from the supplier and delivered it directly to us before taking it to their shop for checking.When we assembled the table ( very easy) we noticed some imperfections.Called Anita and she promised to replace it ASAP but could not guarantee delivery before Christmas.1 st week in January they drove down with a new table.Fantastic people. Fantastic customer services. Will definitely be buying more beautiful items from these guys.Recommend 100%.Alice

I ordered a console table from their website but was informed it wouldn?t be in stock for a few month . They processed a full refund straight away, and received it within 2 working days. They are an extremely professional company, and its nice that when you call them there is no auto-message. I would love to order from them again in the future.
