Called to cancel a 2 hour nail appointment following a week in hospital being very poorly. The response from the owner was abhorrent, rude, unsympathetic and generally unkind. Was asked if I could ?just make it anyway as it?s her business!? When explaining my situation in further detail was told ?if I want to book with her again I would have to pay upfront?. I would have hoped for a more personal and understanding response from a local business owner. Such a shame?.Service: Manicure
