Rude response from staff member/owner when asked if the price of a print included the frame (pretty normal question). Responded with “well that’s why it has a price the price tag on it”, she then happily repeated this further in the conversation as I tried to figure out if she’d misheard me. On a recent visit my wife had one of the coldest receptions she has ever encountered from the member of staff on duty that day. She tried to engage her in pleasant conversation re her stock and was met with a dismissive response. This was definitely not expected and, needless to say, she walked out.
