Went to the bakery place next door and the children were hungry. We happened upon this place and met a lovely Bangladeshi man, who welcomed us warmly. He gave suggestions and my children went for the butter chicken, which is the chicken makhni, with naan and rice. The garlic naan and the curry was one of the best I?ve had. The service was impeccable and the mango lassi is just what I needed in the 26 degree heat. The village itself is lovely with all the lovely residents. The restaurant is very affordable with a lovely atmosphere and authentic dishes

Fabulous tasty food. A little bit different from the normal. Really good menu with superb food. Great warm service from the staff who clearly loved the customers.

Visited the restaurant last night won't be going back service of the food was very slow,more interested on the takeaway side ,sat at the table after 1 hr later all the was served was the starter nearly 2 hours in total for the meal.simply not good enough

Always a warm welcome when I've been. The food is of a very consistent and good standard, while the menu has enough variety to allow you to move away from the standard curries. Whether on your own or with company, the Corbridge Tandoori is a very reliable restaurant and great for takeaways, too.

It took well over an hour for our meals to arrive and 6 attempts asking for water, service was terrible My meal was excellent as was my son and his partner but my wife?s Chicken Tandoori was DRY SALTY with far too much red food dye added Prices were very good

Stopped in Corbridge on a long journey, thought we?d try this restaurant and we were not disappointed.
Chicken Ceylon, Kurma and all the sides were all delicious.
Staff were all very attentive and made sure to squeeze us in although fully booked

I'd not visited this restaurant for 20 years plus. However I'm glad I did return.
Our group enjoyed prompt service; delicious food; reasonable cost. I will go again!

Shocking meal 3 bits of chicken in a watery sauce. £ 4 for a half of coke complaint but staff just shrugged it off with a smile. Never again ?

We really enjoy a good takeaway from this restaurant. Staff are always so friendly and the food is worth the drive into town. Would recommend.
