We stopped off here on our way home from Cumbria. The refurbishment is very nice, the staff super friendly and made us very welcome. The food was really good and the beer tip top! We will be back for sure!

First class in every aspect.
Great food, great hospitality, and a great relaxed atmosphere. There is also a vegan menu with plenty of choice.
The standard of food in terms of choice, quality and presentation really is first class and the prices are very reasonable considering.
Only our second visit but we will definitely dine here again and 100% recommend to friends and family.

We called in for drinks today on our walk. It was lovely and the Valentine's afternoon tea menu looked incredible. Next time we stay in this part of the world we will definitely eat here.
