I must say all staff are friendly and understandingI'm one of the lucky ones I guess as not really a problem getting an appointment as happy to see anyone who can helpAll doctors and nurses are friendly and understanding and you can talk to them and don't try and blind you with science. They appreciate you are human and not robotIf the numbers are not what the books on bloods etc say they should be they give you a gentle prod in the right direction not say "YOU MUST" do better.Greatly Appreciated!Well done to all!

Absolutely terrible experience, can someone please let me know how you get an appointment within a few days of calling this practice, i have tried for 3 weeks to get one and it seems impossible, it feels that you have to book an appointment in anticipation of being ill and in need of seeing a doctor. To even get a call from a doctor now you have to divulge your symptoms to the receptionist , where is the confidentiality which should exist between you and your doctor?I was told previously to book online as this is the best place to book an appointment,guess what no appointments available, contact your gp practice for help only to be offered an appointment in 4 weeks time.Reviews on the web site are years old.I can't be the only person who is having problems booking appointments especially when you talk to people in brampton. All very frustrating!!!!

Trying to get a appointment with a Dr is hopeless all you get told is ring in the morning after 8 o'clock then get told no appointment todayRing 111 how can the 111 team. See what is wrong with you
Been on hold in a queue twice for over 25 mins each time. Once I'm second in the queue, I'm being cut off!! This is unacceptable.

Really appreciate the dispensary for providing me with a prescription in Brampton on Saturday. I had ordered my pills and they were ready at Corby Hill but I thought I had 2 weeks left however I was mistaken and it was too late to pick them up as Corby Hill is closed on Saturdays. Great service by the dispensary.

Getting absolutely ridiculous now 3 weeks for a face to face appointment can't speak to a GP without an appointment need a referral for failed surgery used to be a great surgery now reception staff think there drs and qualified to diagnose and prioties such a shame now time to waste valuable a&e time and here we go again for the third time receptionist diagnosing patient surely there is medical ethics at risk here why should a receptionist have all the patients medical history and hospital discharge papers then make a decision as to what further medical treatment should be offered and who with surely there not mediclay qualified to diagnose over the phone that's the doctor's job I'm taking this further far to much information is made available to non medical y trained staff it's imoral and dangerous

Normally a good service but it is getting increasing hard to actually speak to anyone or get the phone answered. 3x 20min 'on-hold' attempts this morning alone. I appreciate that the service is busy and many people phone on a Monday morning but if Monday mornings are so busy as a regular thing, then why are more reception staff not employed to answer the phones (if only for the one day)?

I have been in pain for years and saw the practices Physio Carrieann today. Well she is superb! Funny, kind, very good at her job and diagnosed me, through her years of experience and expertise in her field. I Cant thank her enough and feel hopeful for a pain free future. Top Notch

Dr Cooper is brilliant, so caring,understanding and attentive ,very supportive.I also like Dr French for female problems as she is so caring and helpful,the nurses are also lovely and caring here.
