Made an online order for click and collect on Saturday morning items in stock received my txt to go and collect upon arrival gates closed and locked so i phoned 15 times they refused to answer the phone then rang me back to say they were sorting there stock and they didn?t have time to sort my order i was to come back on monday regardless of the fact i was outside after receiving my collection txt and needed them today ended up having to cancel and used bnq instead customer service appalling.

Just a quick thank you to Davey this morning in the yard, seen me looking about for a particular paving slab, came and asked if i needed help, which i did, very helpful in showing me what i needed to see, we are quick to complain but not so quick to praise, so heres some praise for Davey. Many thanks, it was to see in the flesh some paving ive selected for a contractor to fit in our garden..and he ws very helpful, polite, and friendly, a nice rarity these days.

The Bloke who works there in Blyth, an older fella who gets the materials, for me it was a Wacker plate, he's a top bloke, very friendly, very down to earth and very knowledgeable and does all the lifting and carrying, defo going to get more stuff there because of him, hes an asset to Travis

Abit dissatisfied as I had to carry 10 bags of gravel 50 yards especially as am not that healthy and in my 60s it would have been appreciated if they could have dropped them off closer
