From start to finish we were very pleased with Rook Matthews at Blyth. I have to give special thanks to Dawn, the sale came into doubt a couple of times and she pulled it back together. Whilst the Solicitors were not as attentive Dawn kept the ball rolling and got us the answers we needed.

I viewed a property today and was shown around by Cameron (I believe that was his name, well presented young lad), who was genuinely one of the nicest people I?ve met. He was extremely friendly while remaining professional, answered all of our questions with great knowledge, and gave us plenty of time to look around without ever making us feel rushed. Overall, he was an absolute pleasure to deal with and made the whole experience really enjoyable

We recently bought a house through RMS Blyth and the team were very helpful and got anything that needed processing quickly. After months of waiting in a chain we were personally contacted by RMS about a new property that matched our needs on the market which was likely to be snapped up quickly. We loved the property and managed to get the sale through quickly.

From my first contact with Gemma for my multiple viewings and Michelle and Gemma for answering my endless questions.
For the aftersales I mainly dealt with Dawn who ensured that all parties were regularly updated to allow the purchase process to complete as fast as is possible.

i used RMS Blyth branch last year to sell my own house, perfect example of a job well done. Mid year i had to sell my Dads property, without hesitation i used RMS Blyth branch again, between Alayna, Michelle and Dawn they run a tight ship, i cannot thank the ladies enough, easy to contact, keep you up to date, chase things along, generally just super helpful. i have nothing more to sell now, but if i ever do i shall be back. Extremely disappointed with the service from Rook Matthews Sayer. Initially, we were led to believe that our property could be listed on the same day as the photographs were taken, only to be informed afterward that there would be a 48-hour delay?something that was never disclosed upfront.
When we received the sales brochure, it was rushed, full of grammatical errors, and missing key details we had explicitly discussed. Instead of working with us to make reasonable amendments, we were met with passive-aggressive responses and outright refusals to accommodate basic factual corrections, such as mentioning a capped-off fireplace and a boiler replacement date?details that buyers expect to see.
Despite our efforts to collaborate and improve the listing, the branch manager abruptly decided to drop us rather than make adjustments. This decision wasted valuable time in what was already a time-sensitive sale, costing us several days in the process.
If you?re looking for an estate agent that is flexible, professional, and genuinely invested in selling your home, I would strongly advise looking elsewhere. A disappointing experience from start to finish.

We paid a premium to have a floor plan and EPC cert and it took longer to obtain these than it did to get a buyer for the house. We were never even sent the floor plan that we had paid for and it was never uploaded to the house advert.
You're sent the advert to approve, with the pictures being tiny so you can't tell how bad they are before they go live. Bad angles, terrible quality. We were told to trust them because they know what they're doing however it was laughable how they staged some of our rooms, such a lovely property which lots of people will have overlooked thanks to the terrible photos. Luckily we got a seller pretty quickly regardless, which I believe is down to the property and market rather than our estate agents help.
During the beginning of the process, finalising details and arranging viewings, the customer service was poor to say the least, really bad attitude from almost anyone that picked up their phones. I will say their email manner got better throughout the process however wasn't much communication throughout. The only time I popped into the shop was the best experience I had with them so perhaps try dealing with them in person.
The beginning of our dealings with RMS left a sour taste however the service did get better through the process, but I wouldn't use them again.
