Ordered from Blyth Flame Pizza in Blyth and was really disappointed. The chips were undercooked, and both the pizza and chips arrived stone cold. I didn?t feel comfortable reheating them?it should?ve been hot and ready to eat.
When I called to raise the issue, the woman on the phone said, ?I don?t understand how that can be, we?ve been busy all night.? Being busy doesn?t excuse cold food?it suggests my order had been left sitting far too long. Unfortunately, not a great experience and I won?t be ordering again.

Been ordering from here a few times now. I can say the food is very nice, always hot.
Normally get it delivered. Delivery driver is always kind and helpful.
I ordered a chicken and donner kebab mixed with garlic sauce and chips.
The garlic sauce has a nice hit of garlic ?.
Give it a go you will love it

If I received my food I would rate it absolute joke not sending food I get its late but I even asked if it was to late and she said no not at all got me sat up till 2 30 in morning for nothing not happy

Food okay but 2nd time ordering (gave them the benefit of the doubt after the first time as exactly the same situation)
Ordered food at 6.20pm, had an sms saying it was on its way at 6.55pm.
7.50pm still not here after saying on just eat it had been delivered!
Called them to be told they were behind and the app does that and it was with the driver now. Totally understandable to be busy but lying about it being on way / delivered is unacceptable. Just be honest!
Order was 1 pizza for my son only.

Well if I have food poisoning I know where it?s come from. I ordered a number of things. But wow my spicy chicken wings. So disappointed. They were black on the outside and pink inside. Definitely been cooked too fast. Lost my trust in chicken from a takeaway once again.

Great service, wide variety of food? always hot on arrival & the staff are lovely? good value for money. since they moved premises the buisness has grown and offered so much more , well done lads ?? 10/10
