There is no trolleys outside shop or inside you have to go get one from one of the trolley parks in the car park. The child car parking is no where near any trolleys. So after walking across the car park the first trolley park had a used glove in the trolley and then one had no trolleys at all. Really isn?t great when carrying my baby round trying to go into the shop. The baby stock inside is also really low, not a good Morrisons. Will just go to killingworth from now onwards.

Fridges off and leaking. Rotton food...bought 3 boxes of buttermilk chicken and they were all stinking and off...Will never shop here again

Looking tired and old with all the leaking refrigeration units. Update July 2025 They have no fresh fruit as all the chillers are faulty and same for fresh meat it's turned into a 3rd world store and that's being generous. And it's not just on weekends either.

Stopped for breakfast wish I hadn't everything was dry. Bacon was like shoe leather. Sausages were dry and shriveled looked like they had been under heat lamp for hours, fried bread was so dry I tipped my bowl of beans over it to try and add some moisture but only succeeded in drying out the beans. Scrambled eggs were just horrid didn't know you could get them so dry they crunched.
