I am not sure if the franchisee of this restaurant is ambivalent or just does not care but they obviously do not read reviews people have left with regards to the atrocious service. I called in for a simple coffee at 7: 10am, I ordered at the kiosk and waited along with other patrons for 20 minutes to actually be served with the coffee.

Service and customer service is terrible. Ordered a breakfast at 10:30 just a couple of stuff with estimated delivery 11:10 got to 11:45 and had been assigned 3 drivers and no one was able to pick it up or communicate anything. Then came up with estimated delivery 1:30, 3 hours after ordering. Tried to contact the restaurant to ask what was going on as they had no communication so far. They would not answer phone and customer service was terrible on the app

I ordered from here for mcdonald?s breakfast, an hour after ordering it still hasn?t even been picked up yet. Three different drivers for my order and no way of getting in touch with mcdonald?s, terrible customer service and i eventually got to cancel it a whole hour after i ordered it

We Ordered through the app and amounst a few items we requested no cheese on one of the burger however when delivered it came with Cheese, the label on the package said no cheese so clearly a error when the burger was being put together in the resturant.Contacted Uber through the app as they run the app to be told its at the descression of the restaurant if they remove ingredients....really! However if we wish to persure we need to take up with restaurant direct. Tried calling numerous times with no answer so then travelled to restaurant with burger and label to be told by staff there is nothing they can do , my contract was with uber. Whilst I understand if the app is ran by uber and I may have very well paid uber but a very poor show for both companies to pass it off to one another. This situation could have been easily resolved in the restaurant however having to deal with inexperienced and poorly trained staff that couldn't apply a little common sense and refund its beyond belief. Mcdonalds, Uber did not put the cheese on the burger , you did!
