It was a refreshing change from the dour, impolite customer services staff that seem to be the norm in many retail businesses today.

Doing a full house refurb and directed to Jewsons blyth to get required tiles etc for a complete roof.They came back with a very good deal on all that was needed. They were not the cheapest but not the most expensive.Discussed with roofer who confirmed the top quality of brands they supply and extended guarantees from manufacturer.Job paid for (circa £3250) and delivery arranged.Turned up on time and kindly placed ready for installation.A miscalculation on tile amount meant I had a full pallet left over. This was quickly collected from site and credit returned to my bank.All in all I got fantastic service with fantastic goods at a very reasonable price.Service and communication are paramount in a project of this kind and Keith and his team nailed it from start to finish.A great company/branch to deal with.Credit also to Blaydon branch who assisted with extra stock required. ?

Avoid like the plague I have been a customer for years and till recently I hadn?t noticed that many items had been added to my account with out me noticing. The Branch manager knows fine well what was going on ! Do yourself a favour and use Travis Perkins .

This particular branch has been great over the lockdown period. 0 contact. And they only opened when they knew it was safe to do so. Even thought I'm sure it cost the company alot of business, the safety of their staff and customers was always priority. I was kept informed of when my materials would be available and it has helped me to keep trading safely when possible. Thanks
