It's that big I lonely managed to get around the ground level, just means I will have to go back. Was very disappointed that there was no coffee shop or even a Costa coffee machine and a few seats. I would of stayed longer but was that tired and in need to sit down. Lovely and clean inside, also no customer toilets.

Good for getting DIY bits and gardening bits, love some of their plants, but a bit on the expensive side.Staff were really helpful though.

Customer toilets now padlocked closed.?Customer Service? told me that they don?t have to provide Customer Toilets because they don?t serve food!Good news is B&Q have customer toilets.These things are important when shopping with small children etc.

Friendly staff, very helpful, they had a sense of humour. Especially when asked £3.50 for 5 nut & bolts. Went in for rivets but only had multi pack with rivet gun. Was after single rivets
