“Called this evening after online technical issues ordering 6 tins of paint. Gavin (my youngest son is a Gavla) was most helpful, friendly and polite and sorted my purchases out for me. What a credit to the store he is! Sadly these days, many staff in retail seem to have lost these qualities, often unhelpful, with a can't be bothered kind of attitude and many rude at times.
