The blandest, driest pizza I think I've ever had. Barely any topping or pizza sauce. Actually surprising how bad it is, given the price. The fact this is supposed to be a premium takeaway place makes it worse. Would not return

Delivered the wrong order, I understand this happens so gave the shop a call to be met with the most miserable sounding employee. They will resend the missing items but not even a token 'sorry' just the excuse they are busy. They called back to make sure we would return the garlic bread sent in error, if you get a cold order it's probably already been in someone else's house

WARNING Manager who served me totally incompetent..... Clearly could not be bothered to listen properly..... Clearly ask for plant based Pepperoni..... Got meat based..... Ate some of it based on a clued up trust worthy company.... Never again as head office will see fully..... If you are Vegan or Vegetarian don't bother..... Really don't appreciate being laughed at by staff at my complaint and serious beliefs..... Disgusting service.

Disgraceful. Took over 2 hours and 3 deliveries to eventually deliver everything although most of what we received was cold and below par. Customer service, none at all. They weren't apologetic at all and I quote "We are really busy and nothing we can do". Not at any point gave a real apology, and wouldn't prioritise our re-deliveries. After complaining for the 2nd time about missing items, they refused to answer our calls. Bang out of order. Never to return

Used dominos 5 or 5 times since i moved to Blyth tonight after ordering it never turned up . I asked why they said the driver couldnt find me but they have delivered before with no problem then they said the driver tried to phone me but no one has rung me dirty nasty excuses never will i use them again

Not impressed,Decided to try a big brand for a change.Pizza dry and lacking topping - hardly any mozzarella and the pepperoni tasted like cheap fatty rubbish. Hot n spicy was not very spicy and relied solely on jalepinos fot heat. Ended up leaving most of it!Will not use again.Usually use Quality Pizza in Blyth who are very good, twice as nice at half the price, will stick with in future.
