I've just moved to the area and as a chronically ill person I have to go to pharmacies a lot. I've dealt with so many rude unhelpful staff and this place was completely the opposite. I couldn't believe how lovely and informed the staff were. It was 2 women and although it was super busy that day, they were so organised and treated each customer with time and energy. I will be changing this to my nominated pharmacy.

I went there straight after hospital, it was late and we were served by the most informative/helpful gentleman. He gave me a lot of helpful advice on HEMIPLEGIC migraines. Such a lovely man. Fantastic service

They were supposed to put three antibiotic tablets, but they put this and they claim that these are three tablets, although in fact only the large capsule contained a tablet and the small ones were empty.For the sake of fairness, I want to add that when I arrived, they admitted the mistake and added two missing tablets. But when I talked to them on the phone, they had no desire to figure it out and admit that I was right. In addition, it cost me extra money for a taxi and I had to leave my sick daughter alone at home for the second time that day.

Excellent service! Went with my daughter who has tonsillitis, seen quickly by a lovely pharmacist who gave her antibiotics. Lovely staff in a busy pharmacy, highly recommend. Thank you.

Went for my prescription yesterday waited 10 mins in line to be seen the lady behind counter was very nice she came back and said won't be long just checking your meds .Stood for 40 mins so told lady behind counter I had been waiting 40 minsShe came back with same answer there checking your meds unreal I wasn't well and wasn't standing waiting another 40 mins so walked out with no medsLooked online to complaine only to see you can just complaine to shop manager what good will that do place is a joke

Staff always professional and do their best through a period which must have been soul destroying for them as they were clearly short staffed and over worked. Seems to be improving now with more staff!The pharmacist was great with my little boy. Only went in to buy bandages and some wipes as he badly cut his arm but he cleaned his arm and applied a bandage which was much appreciated.
