Place looks run down ceiling tiles gone. Staff are friendly but at times It is hard to figure out where to pay for the stuff one wants to purchase.

Wow! What can I say? This store is well kept and has everything you would expect from a Boots, with a wide range of make up and cosmetic products taking center stage.
This is, however, not why I am leaving a review. The reason I am leaving a review is the staff who are absolutely amazing.
They went above and beyond for me today in regards to helping me and they are not only helpful but very friendly and they clearly put their customers first!

Only gave me half the prescription. Left the other life saving medication in the fridge. Useless staff. Shop looks like it?s ready to close down.

I was in need of medicines quite quickly, and Boots on Waterloo Road provided me with a continuing script. In such a short time from picking up my script to provision, Boots remain my first choice when it comes to medicines.

Staff very friendly and very knowledgeable, always met with a smile. Cynthia the chemist gave us our flu jab we never felt a thing and no heavy arm or soreness the next day. Always excellent service.
