The young lady behind the counter immediately put me at ease. With a mixture of patience, consumate professionalism, and good humour she was able to allay my fears and resolve the issue to my grateful satisfaction. She even offered to delete a number of out of date and unused accounts I had without me asking. Customer service at its finest!”

“This is my local Asda. It's always a pleasure to shop here. They are currently reorganising the store (at the time of posting), so items can be a little difficult to find sometimes, but the staff are always more than happy to help. The only issue I have is with the availability of certain stock items, from time to time, but the same can be said for any large supermarket chain. I will continue to use this store as I always do.”
