Disgusting service from the pharmacist. Went with my daughter who clearly has tonsillitis. Lady on the counter was lovely said she?d get pharmacist to see her. When he eventually came he said take paracetamol you?ll get better in a week- WITHOUT EVEN LOOKING AT HER THROAT or any kind of examination! Went straight to Boots and saw a lovely pharmacist who actually looked at my daughter?s throat and took her temperature and said yes bad tonsillitis and gave her antibiotics. If this system is meant to take the pressure off GP surgeries it will never work with pharmacists like this one at Asda. Don?t waste your time going.

A massive deterioration in the quality of the service at this pharmacy. Waiting times are awful. Staff barely acknowledge you when you are in the queue. Not a great experience. Will now transfer my prescription elsewhere. The management at Blyth are ridiculously slow at picking up and acting on issues.

This pharmacy is so bad that we stopped getting our prescriptions sent there. It was the same story, drs would send the prescription but it would disappear into this pharmacy. They couldn't even tell me if they had received them. We worked out in the end that the prescriptions had been dispensed but they couldn't organise their prescriptions waiting for collection.

Generally very good with the occasional issue - but, hey, it's a big store and you're bound to come across the occasional person who's got problems or just having a bad day (we ALL have them at times don't we?). Most things in stock with the odd exception but that's just the way things are these days. No reason not to shop there.

Absolutely brilliant service from the pharmacy. Staff so friendly and helpful. Had a stressful runaround to find a pharmacy stocking my daughter's medication. Staff were lovely. Rang on lunchtime with prescription, meds ready at teatime. Thank you so much

Quite honestly, it has taken me a while to calm down after another visit to this appalling pharmacy! My wife prescription was sent to them by her doctor on Friday 11th November. The item's required were not in stock. Told to return Monday or Tuesday, did so but the queue was too long for my wife to stand in. Returned today Friday 18th, waited patiently for 5 minutes and requested the prescription. 18 minutes later the pharmacist asked me for details of what I required. She then proceeded to inform me that they could not find the prescription ( which they had on the previous Fri) Then I was told she was going for lunch and would deal with this later (1hr) When I complained she told me she was not going to argue and I could the prescription elsewhere! Totally unprofessional and the worst customer service ever.

Absolutely disgusting, refused to sell me a £1.59 box of aspirin because she said they were blood thinners, they were for my daughter who is a district nurse.

Dreadfully rude 'Pharmacist' served us today. Tried to purchase Lactulose, only to be told we should be getting it on prescription from our GP!!! Upon challenging her, she told me to reconsider my attitude and said they were out of stock! Conveniently!Went to Sainsbury's in Cramlington where the staff were lovely ?

Always found staff very helpful until today..Suffering with Cystitis "visibility distraught"After waiting a while I attracted the attention of one of 2 staff only to be told they were " both on their lunch.. which I find unbelievable that a pharmacy closes for both staff to lunch at the same time...I asked if they had anything to help me only to be told NO they don't do anything for Cystitis...4 hrs later my partner went to Asda to find x2 different products to help with Cystitis on the shop floor... Thanks Asda Pharmacy for nothing..

Depends on who you get served by really, but majority of staff are pretty good. Donâ??t have as big a stock of prescription meds as other pharmacies but they keep the regulars
