Disapointed in contents of Simple to cook chicken tray bake. Supposed to serve 4 people only 3 pieces of chicken in the package . 2 small legs and a thigh . The package weight was also lower than stated on the package . Quality controle needs a shake up .

If you are going to put locks around stuff could you at least ensure you have plenty of tills on. It should not take over 20 minutes to purchase a single item

After putting 4 trays of Primulas in our trolley we went to Customer Service to ask if we could pay there rather than go through the check outs. The woman on duty was extremely off hand and told us to ' get to the back of the queue ' we assumed this meant 'yes'! We waited in the queue and when we were ready to pay the only question asked was 'cash or card' no please no thank you not even a smile. When we were waiting for the receipt the off hand assistant was sharing a laugh with the woman at the till and I had to interrupt their conversation to finalise my purchase. This is the very worst customer Service I have ever experienced in Asda and will NEVER EVER return. There are thousands of unemployed people who would love a job and these two women do not deserve one and I hope you ( Dean Johnson) do something about it! My visit was 31.01.2025 at 12.57.

Poor cafe slow no bacon. Staff look like they don't want to be there. Morrisons beat them by miles.

It?s ok but the prices are a fix .. they put them up then 4 weeks later say they have slashed the the prices but all it means the prices have gone back to what they should be. Tbf all Asda?s do this but it just pain

Just watched the ridiculous gnome Christmas advert, maybe spend less on bad adverts and get more people on tills as waiting in queue's when 2 tills on is bad

I am a delivery driver whenever I come to Asda to pick my order the staff is always so rude and never cooperate with us when we ask about our order they are so aggressive and shout at drivers and ask to cancel the delivery. I just want to let you know that you should notice on this issue.
Thanks

Having seen Graham Beck sparkling wine was on offer I set up an account to buy 6 with 25% discount, and organised collection via click and collect?..an hour before collection time I received a text saying the wine had been substituted for an alternative?..not ideal when you ordered a specific wine.
I then had to phone to cancel as there is no option I could find to cancel click and collect if order is substituted.
Ironically I then visited a closer Asda and bought the wine off the shelf.
All in all not an experience I will be repeating.

Would rate it 1 if I could. Ordered an express delivery through the Asda app for delivery between 6-7pm. By 7pm no one had picked up the order and the delivery driver said that staff had told him it wasn?t ready yet. I could not get through to Asda via the number they provide, I eventually went to Asda to find out what was going on as it was 730 and the 3rd driver had since cancelled due to the order not being ready. The staff had no clue what was going on, the manager tried to tell me that I had ordered through uber so it was their fault - even though I?d shown id ordered via Asda app. Another member of staff said that there was only one person in the bay to pack orders and he had no orders finished. The manager told me there was nothing she could do. I asked why the order had been accepted if they couldn?t fulfil it to which she told me she wasn?t aware there was only one member of staff on the packing. The customer service was shocking and I was provided with no other option but to wait for my money back as they couldn?t do anything, and blamed the issue on uber.
