Its an ok place but who the hell thinks they can charge £140+. For what u get in a room for one night its extortionate like so unfair rooms are worth £50- not £100+ like jesus so unfair like

Not a great place to stay - the building looks run down ,seagulls nesting in the rooftop making a terrible noise all night , rubbish all over the carpark entrance from the McDonald's
The staff we came across were friendly & hard working,the towel's are nice,free parking is a bonus, location is quite a way out of town but there is a bus stop across the road.

Paid the same price as some of the nicer hotels, only stayed here as it was close to a wedding we attended. We can?t fault the staff, they let us into the room early as we had to leave for the wedding, lovely friendly service and always checking that we were okay. We weren?t in the room long initially to make sure we were okay with it, we only had time to throw our bags in and dash off. Had we looked we would have asked to change. There were holes in the wall, the chairs were worn, there was dust in the extractor fan and the light on the left side of the bed would turn on and off and flicker (I did get a video but it won?t upload) the best thing about the room was the view of the trees behind the hotel. The extractor fan was loud and the bed was like lying on a bed of rocks. I paid for the breakfast having never had a ?breakfast box? befit and wish I hadn?t bothered. We ended up leaving the breakfast and going to McDonald?s across the car park. We had the room until 12pm but we were out of there by 8:30 we couldn?t stand to be there any longer and there was no one on reception when we left so were unable to voice concerns and it costs to call them. Won?t be staying here again, what a waste of almost £160.
