Always like shopping at Tescos however the same issue happens quite often if you got to the kiosk and are Greeted by Liz her customer service and attitude is awful and she is one of the rudest people I have ever had the displeasure of meeting and it can't be put down to a bad day......I guess one thing she is always consistent in the respect her awful manors never chwnge

One star to the nasty lady looking after the self service tills, had a misunderstanding as to a blocked empty till but the lady wasn't apologetic to my mistake as a member of staff should be.she seemed to take it personally.

A good place to shop.there is a wide variety of food options and non food options.plenty of parking.there disabled parking and child friendly parking as well.dissabled access doors and everything on the ground floor.electrical goods frozen food.fresh food and vegetables.toilets for disabled.staff are happy to help you if you need anything or you can't find what you want.

Completed my Christmas shop on Thursday 21st December. Wow just wow Tesco in Berwick-Upon-Tweed. Shelves fully stocked, team super friendly, help with locating items such as sausage meat and checked out with ease thanks to the help of Audrey emptying my trolley so I could pack my bags! Amazing stress free experience, thank you xx
