I'm very pleased with my varifocal glasses & sunglasses. I was advised which styles suited my face & gave me the most comfortable fit. I returned a week or so later to have the arms readjusted which was done promptly. I recommend Specsavers in Berwick & received fantastic service from the team. Thank you.

Extremely rude and unhelpful staff.....4 staff no customers in the shop all talking doing nothing at 2pm on a tuesday 30th july 25. I asked about hearing aid tubing ... immediate response of no sorry i cant help you ...you would have to go to newcastle spec savers i presume she assumed i was a tourist! ... no offer of hearing apt etc . I am a berwick resident

I wouldn?t trust my eyes to anyone but the Berwick Specsavers team!
As you step in you are greeted with a lovely smile that makes you feel welcome. Everyone treats you with respect and care. The team is very knowledgeable and you can definitely tell that everyone loves what they do. I have known Craig for many years, a pure gentleman that irradiates passion on what he does. You will be missed!
I also had the pleasure to meet a lovely young lady upon my glasses collection whose name unfortunately I did not catch. Her smile and our little chat made my entire day!
Specsavers should be proud to have such an amazing team at Berwick. Well done!

I was on holiday with my husband in Berwick last week.
My new glasses ( from my local Specsavers ),
needed the pads adjusting as the left one was uncomfortable
Alisha was kind and helpful.
Initially she altered the left pad, but offered to change the pads for softer ones if they were still uncomfortable.
I went in later in the week and Alisha replaced both pads, and also adjusted my new sunglasses.
Thank you once again Alisha, both pairs are much more comfortable.
