3 reasons not to use this garage. VERY DODGY. Shortly after visiting this petrol station both cashpoint & counter activity, unauthorised amount of money came out of my account. 1. INCOMPLETE ATM TRANSACTION, SHORTLY AFTER A NUMBER OF UNAUTHORISED TRANSACTIONS ON BANK ACCOUNT. 2 ITEMS PURCHASED WITH CASH INSUFFICIENT CHANGE IN TILL, STAFF OFFERED CHANGE AT LATER DATE . 3 WITNESSED TOBACCO ITEMS BEING PURCHASED BUT AN ALTERNATIVE BARCODE ONCOUNTER WAS SCANNED INSTEAD OF ITEM PURCHASED. VERY STRANGE

Hello. Not recommended. After I filled up on September 17, 2024, the amount was deducted from my account twice after the card was not accepted the first time. The recommended phonenumbers on Google / receipt do not work.

Avoid! Suspicious staff activity requesting instead of Shell fuel card payment. Very dubious behaviour and we refused to use the cash machine.

Avoid this service station they are dishonest.Called in yesterday to blow up my tyres. Put £1 into the machine but it didn't work so tried my card for another £1. Still didn't work.When I asked the attendant about it he said he knew the machine was not working but refused a refund.That in my book is theft pure and simple

After paying for air for my tyres the machine wouldn?t work. I asked inside petrol station for my money back and I was told that it was my own fault for not noticing a cone beside the machine. It wasn?t obstructing my access to the machine, the machine could still take my money and had no out of order sign on it. In my opinion it has been set up like this to take money for nothing in return.

I will NEVER forget my unfortunate visit to Berwick Upon Tweed. We stopped at this service station to refuel, and I attempted to withdraw some funds from the ATM. It was closed so I asked the attendant if I could withdraw some funds via EFTPOS. OMG, I have NEVER met or encountered anyone so rude in my life. What a NASTY COW she was. Left me with a VERY UNPLEASANT taste of Berwick Upon Tweed. NEVER again will I venture to that part of England. This was my first ever visit from Australia, and I will certainly be my last to that town. Amazing just how opposite the Scots are to the English.

Card machine wouldnt take a shell card for fuel,woman behide the desk never scaned my items and said £4.20 when i said i would pay by card instead she scaned the items and it came for over £5.20 and couldnt answer when questioned about the price difference

My daughter just bought milk from there 7/7/23 & took a drink when she got home & drank it, it was ROTTON. Not just starting to go off but it was obviously really well gone & the use by date wasn?t there?!? She?s been violently sick for a good while after drinking it. Please check for a use or sell by date. This bottle had the stamps for it with no dates. My daughter continues to be sick now & then.

The service is good and the shop is handy with it being 24 hours. The forecourt is satisfactory. The only thing letting this business nown is the cleanliness of the TOILETS! The hand drier hasn't worked for that long it should get a giro, and the toilets generally could do with a good scrub and repainted.
