I had some old gold jewellery to sell and Ramsdens gave me a great price, Myra, Berwick-upon-Tweed Branch was very friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. She was so helpful in sourcing the most beautiful diamond pendant for me, she ordered two for me to look at on the Monday and they arrived on the Wednesday morning. Myra really took her time whilst I made the difficult decision of which one to choose. I would definitely recommend Ramsdens ? ? ??

The staff in Ramsdens Berwick go above and beyond to help. Even although it was my mistake they helped rectify the issue,
