Came for a big breakfast, no black pudding left at 10am.
Got a smaller breakfast, took 40 minutes to come.
Went to get cutlery and the knives were covered in food, looked like they hadn't been washed. Asked for clean cutlery and took another 15 minutes to get it.
Cold breakfast which took 40 minutes, no cutlery which made it worse.

Excellent value food: I had a breakfast on a long journey and it was very good indeed. Staff so friendly and helpful.

Stopped here on our way to Cockenzie. Fancied a light bite.Choose your food, drink and pay via machine link with useful pictures.Ordered the offer on bacon butties with coffee £4. So our bill for two was £8. Very reasonable !!Arrived with a stash of thick bacon, nice fresh bun ... pleasant waitress and was literally within 5 minutes.Other hot meals also available, Full English Breakfast, Scottish Breakfast, Fish n chips, toasties, baked potatoes, cold sandwiches too. Nice cakes and scones also on display and other deserts available. Very reasonably priced.Big store, so all other necessities available.WC in store. So we continued our journey, refreshed, fed and watered. ? ?

Ordered 2 small fish and chips but the fryer wasn?t working so we ordered the soup .No choice just tomato and basil ,soup arrived within 20 minutes along with a roll and butter.It was the most awful soup I?ve ever seen , apart from being cold it looked like it had been poured from a tin of plum tomatoes and mashed up I needed a fork and knife to eat it as it was so thick. It tasted awful, before covid ,the meals in Morrisons were good ,but they have gone downhill since they changed their menu, sorry but we won?t be going back.

Nice pit stop on route to head north of the border. Have a nice light breakfast which was tasty and came out promptly. Pity they can't keep count and shorted on the toast but we enjoyed our meal so didn't bother the staff when we noticed. Likely stop again on the way back home!

Service is terrible. Paid for two coffee and waited and waited and waited, after 15 minutes we left and will not be making Morrisons a stop off in future.

My son and i came here for lunch while on holiday at Haven caravan park . The fish and chips we had was delicious and made fresh to order and the prices are extremely reasonable . Everything clean and the staff working there very friendly . We will now be going more often .

Last time we came here a couple of months ago it was 2 big breakfast for 10 pound today it was 2 what look like 2 small breakfast for 17 pound total rip no wonder the place was empty table was even cleaned when we sat down and the cutlery was dirty and the staff was really ignorant i wont be going back to this place again

Burnt chips on the kids meal.Full English, the bacon was 90% fat ... absolutely wouldn't come here again. I live next to the whitley bay morrisons and it's the ritz compared to the slop these guys knock out
