Wish I could rate this place zero stars. I tried to go in with my assistance dog and got told rudely that dogs aren?t allowed. After explaining that he was an assistance dog the staff member said that he could refuse us access because of the equality act. After i turned to leave he started shouting at me and my companion as we walked down the street. Won?t be giving this place my business ever again and will be sharing this experience with others.

Always a mixed experience at Berwick H and B. The last time I went in the staff member was reasonably pleasant and helpful but this is often not the case.
