**edit**Just made homemade pullapart bread with the pork nduja and mozzarella stuffed inside. Absolutely amazing!!Amazing local products and great customer service. The pork nduja is so flavorful with rich notes of spices. I stopped by the Edinburgh farmers market a second time to buy more nduja. I am a happy return customer.
