“Great shop great people been going to this shop since I was a child so for about 20 years now I think it was 16 years ago the current owners took it over always been great people always been friendly once they get to know you as well if your on real hard times they are nice people and would happily help as much as they can with a loaf of bread and some butter as long as you pay them back when you can I have been short a pound or two hear and there and they have just said bring it next time you get paied great people honour to have known them.”

“Stopped here on our way to Cockenzie. Fancied a light bite.Choose your food, drink and pay via machine link with useful pictures.Ordered the offer on bacon butties with coffee £4. So our bill for two was £8. Very reasonable !!Arrived with a stash of thick bacon, nice fresh bun ... pleasant waitress and was literally within 5 minutes.Other hot meals also available, Full English Breakfast, Scottish Breakfast, Fish n chips, toasties, baked potatoes, cold sandwiches too. Nice cakes and scones also on display and other deserts available. Very reasonably priced.Big store, so all other necessities available.WC in store. So we continued our journey, refreshed, fed and watered. ? ?”

“Fire alarm went off in the 5 mins we were in the store ! So evacuated via fire exit with staff and customers. Got ma mothers pride bread and other Scottish foods ? to take back with us as scotland sold out of what we wanted ?”
