Talk about going the extra mile, Steve was willing to search a dump bin for fishing hooks for me. Bringing them to me whilst I looked at tents.
Matty's willingness to share his knowledge on camping equipment was so refreshing, advising us on a new tent as ours was damaged in the storms.
He also advised us on a camping kitchen.
Very happy to say we can't wait to visit again in the future.

I was served today by David, I was really unsure what I was looking for when it came to new walking boots. David took his time to explain to me all the different types of boots and what he thought might work best for my lifestyle. He was so patient and helpful. I?ve not can customer service like that in a very long time! Even down to what socks to wear with my new boots, he was so knowledgeable! Thank you so much David, I love my new North Ridge boots??

Needed a new hat as the dogs chewed my old one , Go outdoors, Berwick, have a great range and reasonably priced, but the crowning glory of the store is the pleasant and helpful staff, as we browsed shop we met Lee, Tom and Sam, each one of them was very helpful and informative about the products, when we got to the till , Lynn served us we a smile , the was a slight problem with the till pricing, that was rectified in minutes by Sam and Tom, shopping this time of year during black Friday deals can be stressful but with friendly helpful staff go outdoors is never that, thank Go Outdoors and your wonderful staff, we'll definitely be back

10 minutes I stood here waiting to pay for an item, but the ladies were too busy sorting parcels to even acknowledge me. Eventual service was relatively friendly, but I was under the impression you?re a retail store, not a parcel shop. Maybe I was misinformed.

Called in for a pair of boots. Good selection, well displayed in a spacious store. The staff I met were helpful and friendly. Nowhere near my home, however, I'd visit again if I was in the area.

Go Outdoors has a good selection of outdoor gear, including tents, clothing and footwear. The membership card cost me £5 and was immediately worth it because of the differentiated pricing of items for members and non-members.
