“I recently bought some trousers and didn’t realise until I got home they were in a ‘two for ...’ offer . I went back a couple of days later but didn’t have another pair in my size . I spoke to Larraine who advised they had deliveries Thursdays and Sundays , she would keep check and let me know when they came in . She was very true to her word and messaged me religiously for nearly two weeks with updates on Sunday’s and Thursdays until I got that text yesterday saying they were in !! I work in customer service so can be quite critical . Larraine gave me great customer service and certainly went the extra mile - thank you”

“Talk about going the extra mile, Steve was willing to search a dump bin for fishing hooks for me. Bringing them to me whilst I looked at tents.
Matty's willingness to share his knowledge on camping equipment was so refreshing, advising us on a new tent as ours was damaged in the storms.
He also advised us on a camping kitchen.
Very happy to say we can't wait to visit again in the future.
