Today 1st august 2025 I felt really sorry for the member of staff who was the only one serving and had a big queue, also serving a lady who wanted helium balloons which took some time, this is the first time I've been disappointed with the length of time to wait as normally this shop is staffed by two people, she did add a member of staff would be in later on but that doesn't help customers waiting or the single member of staff in that present moment

Friendly and helpful staff sorted out a birthday emergency when a helium balloon provided by another company deflated.
We should have gone to the card factory first ?

Staff are friendly and professional as always in the Berwick-upon-Tweed store. Good selection of cards found what I was looking for.
