I cannot speak highly enough of Jane and her team at Pattinsons Estate Agents in Bedlington. I have now sold two properties and purchased two through them, and each experience has only strengthened my confidence in their service. Most recently, I went through a particularly complicated and emotionally sensitive house sale, and the way Jane and her team handled everything was nothing short of exceptional.

I would highly recommend pattisons real estate above all other agents in Bedlington and the local area. Jane goes above and beyond to ensure she gets the best result for you as buyer and seller. I would like to share my thanks to Faye, Jack and Vicky for their help and support throughout a very drawn out and frustrating sale. We were initially with another agent, and after no movement in 5 months on our property, took advice from the team , who got our property listed and sold within 10 days. The support continued up until the day we completed , where each of them continually went above and beyond what was expected of them to get the sale completed and through. After this , we hope never to have to do it again , but if we do will definitely use Pattinson Bedlington

The service we have received from Pattinsons branch in Bedlington has been second to none and far exceeded our hopes and expectations.
We had considered going with an internet based agent, but right from our first meeting with Jane when she came to value our property, and the understanding of the market and potential value of the house that she showed, we knew we had made the right decision.
Subsequently, the way Vicky, Faye and Jack have handled every prospective buyer and all our queries and questions has been exemplary. They have been proactive in promoting the house and ensuring we got the very best price possible - higher than we (or any of the three other agents who valued it) had even thought possible!
