Just ordered a starter box & chicken tikka madras. Cut in to the samosa from the started box & there was 2 of the biggest black hairs I've even seen inside. The whole lot has went in the bin. £25 gone without even touching it. Never again!

The food was amazing and they threw us in a free naan which I?m guessing was for the lateness. We ordered for 6:50 (actually wanted it for 7 but read the reviews about lateness so ordered a bit earlier) but it didn?t end up coming till 7:45 which was disappointing. It could have at least been communicated yet we had to ring up when it was half an hour late to be told it?ll be 5/10 mins when it ended up being 25 minutes. But the food was great and was worth the wait. It was a Sunday, I would understand this for a Saturday maybe but disappointing for how late it was. I would order an hour before you actually need it to make sure you get it on time.

Usually always enjoy from here but this time round I ordered food at 19:50 and it did not arrive until 12 they said they did not receive the order through properly rang up a few times and just said the same thing all the time that it was on its way but it wasn?t ended up ringing up at 10:30 and they said they hadn?t received the order and it was never on its way so don?t understand what happened, so it eventually arrived at 12 and some off it was missing Naan bread, and two starters, didn?t enjoy at all it was very oily and very soft/mushy and the chicken was extremely tough so unfortunately did not enjoy at all like we usually do.

Ordered a meal 7pm rang at 8 pm to see where it was said would be 15 minutes another hour past still not arrived delivery driver then rang to say she was at magpie court not maple street nearly a mile away the whole process was a mess never again the worst thing is the lying that it would be 15 minutes just like to say don't pay online cos they have money then deliberately take their time pay on delivery

Twice now I have placed an order for delivery through just eat and both times the order has been cancelled. Having ordered earlier in the day, surely the order should have gone through. Won?t be ordering from them again.

Placed an order for a chowmein and coke they passed me to three different people on the phone to get the order correct then I rang them an hour later wondering where the order was and they said I didn't place one worst customer service would not waste your time

Amazon food, would not go anywhere else. and even if they make a little mistake they are quick to rectify it. The best Naga curry my other half has ever had. five star food and service. lovely friendly delivery person we well.

Often get orders incorrect! Send you chicken when you ask for lamb, or only send 1 popadom, or one condiment when you ask for more.
Tonight we ordered at 7.30pm for delivery at 8.30pm. 9pm and we still hadn?t received our order.
Called the restaurant, and was told they hadn?t received the online order even though they had taken full payment.
Order delivered and the order wasn?t correct, items missing. The delivery driver told us not to order direct via the website but by just eat so we could get a direct refund.
Spoke to the restaurant and they put the phone down on me. Zero customer service.
We have ordered from this restaurant for years.
Sick of the mistakes and lack of customer service.
I?ll order elsewhere and spend my money elsewhere. Your food is good but not fantastic!
