Just bought a first home through the bedlington branch. The staff were very friendly and supportive and happily answered our many questions! When our first purchase fell through, they immediately identified another suitable property, which we subsequently purchased. Their communication has been outstanding throughout, and I really feel like they went the extra mile to look after us.

I would just like the staff at Bedlington branch for the service I received in the sale of my mother's house they took photos on a Friday morning and posted online at 5 pm got a call at lunchtime with an offer for the asking price which I accepted.cant get better than that Also was updated throughout the 6 weeks to exchange . excellent servi
