Mark has done a great job setting up my Faith Mercury guitar together with new strings - it sounds really good and is a pleasure to play. Really good customer service and excellent knowledge and experience. Will definitely be going to him again.

Once you find a parking space for Fretmarks, you can spend ages inside as Mark has a wealth of knowledge about all stringed instruments. He recently restored my almost one hundred year old banjo and carried out some research on the instrument for me as I didn't know too much about it. I would recommend this place to any guitar enthusiast.

Brilliant music shop with a friendly owner! Got a great deal on an electro acoustic Guild which is quite easily the best sounding acoustic i've ever played. I'd recommend anybody to pop into FretMark's as you'd not only be supporting a local independent music shop but you can also find some cracking guitars.

Mark is open again after COVID-19 lockdown. As always really friendly and helpful. Use him or lose him - like all small local business. 2nd hand instruments, service & repairs and the "streaming" performance studio upstairs.
