Absolutely terrible service, employees are rude and disrespectful. They refused to let me buy literally a bar of chocolate because I had to put the pin in for my card. I was told I was wasting their time and to go away. On top of that, the students from St Benet Biscop we?re being incredibly loud and rowdy. Please just go to another shop it is absolutely awful.

Great staff, nothing too much trouble. Went today for the food special but they didn't have all the parts as they were waiting for the delivery to be sorted, soon as they could they got what we wanted couldn't ask for better.

I want to say thanku to kerrie at Bedlington coop for being so kind tonight and giving me her hand sanitizer I am a carer and went to the coop to buy some as I had ran out I spoke to kerrie and she said there was none left kerrie gave me hers an act of kindness i was very grateful for if I could have hugged her i would of thanks again
