A great lunch spot. The food is good, the prices reasonable (5 of us - £39.), and great ice-cream.
It's small, and very friendly.
Well worth popping in.

We love Wyndenwell! No matter the weather when we're in Bamburgh we stop for an air cream to try new flavours and our favourite ones too! Staff are so lovely!

We?ve stopped here many a time for a walking pit stop. Yesterday I had the best iced americano I?ve had. The coffee is delicious. We also had a pork pie, corned beef pasty and shared a maple flapjack. The food is delicious and well made though my pasty was slightly soggy after a blast in the microwave.
The views sat outside are lovely and the staff though clearly busy and facing a queue of hungry customers were polite and friendly.
Would recommend.

Picked up a takeaway coffee and coconut blondie for my trip up to Edinburgh. Both were excellent. All the food looked fresh and tempting. Lovely cosy vibe inside and a great escape from the Bamburgh wind!

This is a fairly new business I think (I'm sure it was up and running 12 months ago when we were last in Bamburgh) and it is very popular. We only bought ice creams but the cakes and pastries I saw on display looked delicious!
When I'm back in the area again, I would be happy to dine in to sample the other tasty treats on offer.
Parking: There's no dedicated parking for the Wyndenwell, but there is free off street parking along the street, or paid parking opposite the Bamburgh Castle entrance just a short walk away.

Delicious ice cream! Not much more to be said but the choice of ice creams and sorbets was great, was particularly impressed that when we asked for sorbet the friendly staff checked if was for an allergy reason. The ice-cream was delicious and really good value for money. Would highly recommend.

Stopped here for an ice cream and it didn?t disappoint. The flavours were delicious, my wife had the liquorice and blackcurrant flavour which was lush, but the bounty flavour was divine. Visit it soon.

The chicken tikka sandwich did the trick with plenty of filling. Flat white also very nice.
