This shop also owns top chef, i ordered from top chef last week and didn't like it, ordered from you welcome tonight and my order was the same as i normally order, theres no difference, I think it's disgusting using 2 premises with different names on just eat knowing your taking money from people who think they're ordering from a complete different Chinese shop, your shops should be under the same name not named differently, I didn't like my order from top chef I apologise about that, but if I order from another Chinese shop with a different name and number I don't expect to have the exact same Chinese that I didn't enjoy with top chef, i thought i was ordering from a complete different chinese shop, its false advertising running 2 shops under different names and different order numbers... it should be made aware on the just eat app that if a buisness uses more than 1 premises to prepare meals and sell meals they should be named the same or stated that they run other businesses too, gutted I had to put my meal in the bin waste of money

Ordered food for delivery, which arrived late, and cold ordered 2 portions of rice which didn't arrive, when I contacted the shop they said they would give me a complementary item on my next order as they had no delivery driver, as he'd just been pulled over by the police, but I had just had my food delivered??? No rice with curry isn't much good. Had to go to alternative place just for the rice. I will not be going back as this seems to happen to often looking at other reviews.

I rang in the order and the receptionist was extremely polite. The food arrived on time and it was so tasty. I will definitely be ordering again.

ordered through just eat app order confirmed by restaurant money taken from bank no food delivered partner drove down to see where order was as they we not answering phone and shop in darkness so who confirmed order I want my money back family with kids waiting for food and nothing disgusting service wont be back !!!!!

Ordered food and it was expected to arrive over an hour ago, still no show. The restaurant refuses to pay money back so £33 gone down the drain. Do not go there

personally I have had a fair share of Chinese this chicken chow mein whatever they put in it made it taste foul the egg fried rice was nice though and the bean spouts had the same taste, sorry but I won't be back i was really looking forward to this meal aswel ??

Just ordered sweet n sour chicken and prawn balls and it was absolutely disgusting. Safe to say I will not be ordering from here again it used to be nice but its not even edible anymore wouldn't even feed it to my dogs. Bah!

After a lovely day in Northumberland we decided to book a takeaway from You Welcome in Ashington,WHAT A DISGRACE I rang up with my order from their latest menu that had been recently put through my front door, KING PRAWN FRIED RICE £7-30 KING PRAWN CHOW MEIN £7-50 2 LARGE SPRING ROLLS £4-10 AND A CARTON OF CURRY SAUCE £2-60 A GRAND TOTAL OF £21-50 they charged me £27-90 an over charge of £6-40which I queried this they said it was the correct price. The meals turned up on time, and when we opened them they where just a mass of over done noodles and rice with very little sign of any KING PRAWNS,after a couple of mouthful both meals where consined to the bin along with the extra they had sent us 3 dried out chicken wings,it was an absolute disaster and I would advise people to stay well clear of this so called Chinese Takeaway.. I must say that I have been ordering this type of meals for many many years and this one is the WORST EVER, AND IF THEY HAVE ANY DECENCY THEY SHOULD RETURN MY MONEY (SOME HOPE.)

If I could I would rate it 0 stars,Beef was chewy,chicken was slimey,you got about 10 prawn crackers which were stale,prawns where cold in the middle would never go back!!
