Fantastic place to get your Optology needs met!The people are lovely and the service is 1st rate.You have to bring your own lolly pops though. I think, I've never been offered one.

I had a wonderful experience having my eyes checked by a nice Irish man and good customer service! Miss Sauda was really professional and helped me a lot by adjusting my glasses and just made me feel comfortable! Thanks a lot!?

Had contact lense trial which went well no issues there. Now been waiting a month for them to be delivered in store to try, had no contact from the store and everytime I ring they tell me they'll be in in a few days and they will contact me! They phone keeps cutting me off all morning too!

staff where really helpful and made my visit stress free and I found the help I got brilliant. I was there with my 3 year old daughter and the staff where great with her as well. one staff member I dealt with was Nicole made everything easier and her knowledge of the lenses was great I came away happy and not stressed out with the hole experience I would recommend specsaver in ashington to anyone
