Great customer service, great stock availability and great prices. Use this branch most of the time as it has easy access and loads of parking.. Only thing let's it down is when the trade counter is closed, I have to use the public counter and someone who knows nothing about DIY tries to explain to the staff what they want to buy and it takes them ages lol but can't really blame the staff.

Brilliant service really helpful I hadn't a clue what I wanted and although I'm sure a large proportion of their customers know what there looking for the staff were excellent and made a real effort to help and in the end they didn't have what I was looking for they pointed me in the right direction for plumbing gear.Couldn't fault them.
