We have just sold our house through Pattinsons and during the full process they have been brilliant. From Kirsty doing the initial home valuation, the office staff booking viewings etc and dealing with queries very efficiently. Jess and Sue also fab in the office, but a special thank you to Ellie ! She went above and beyond and is a massive asset to Pattinsons. I honestly can't thank her enough for her support and dedication.

We used Pattinson estate agents in Ashington where we were looked after by Ellie. She was absolutely brilliant with everything - things would have been a lot more stressful without her help. We would recommend her to anyone.

I won't recommend this agency in this location to anyone. If you want to buy, rent or sell your property, I recommend looking for a different agency.
People are biased and promote their own agendas to receive the highest commission possible. They have no proper correspondence procedure, and one person which I will not name, in particular, acted biased in the sense that even though I received acceptance to buy the home, she persuaded the seller to accept the lower offer. This demonstrates the unprofessionalism in essence.

After 3 offers on a property we had finally had it accepted, 5K over asking price! Turns out the owner of the property works for the Ashington branch.
Everything going well, surveys and searches done, solicitors paid, let us go and measure for blinds etc to order ready for end of Nov.
3 days later the branch phones us to say he's changed his mind, 14 days before completion was due to take place. Leaving a family of 4 including two babies potentially homeless and VERY OUT OF POCKET!!!
Disgusting behaviour especially from an estate agent!!!
Hopefully the law in Scotland will be applied to England very soon and stop the likes of these people from being able to do this.
Don't advise using these. AT ALL
