I’ve been coming to this gym since 2019 and I’ve tried others gyms in the area, and this is definitely the best about. Great owners and atmosphere everytime.

A friendly family run gym in the heart of Ashington. Under new management since August 2022. We have an array of the latest gym equipment from stairmasters to hack squats to a competition boxing ring. We have just added a belt squat to the growing list of kit we have. No contract membership, low priced supplements, in house sports massage and some of the best personal trainers in the industry.
