Now part of the Halfords Family with the worse telephone screening system imaginable. If you need to contact them, get there, don't ring as you could end up speaking to someone 40 miles away as I have twice. If Halfords call this progress we'd better re-invent the wheel as it's gone square again!! Feel so sorry for the guys in stores. Sort it out Halfords

Dreadful service. Avoid. Ordered two tyres online for fitment on my drive. They took the money by PayPal. Waited in all morning for fitter. Did not arrive. Then waited on phone for 35 mins before getting through. Was told 'I should have received and email saying they could not source the tyres and had cancelled the order'. NO email ever arrived, not in spam, nothing. (Got my money back.)

First class service , booked in for two Bridgestone run flat tyres for my BMW 320 M sport , the manager was very friendly and said it would be 45 minutes but he would call me when it?s ready . I got a phone call from him 45 mins later and also an email , basic vehicle health check also included with photos on the email. Yes fully recommended

Not quite 5 stars as I had to wait 3 hours for an appointment. However, I accept other people had appointments before mine. Had a flat tyre in the morning so booked in with NT, when tyre removed, engineers checked every part of tyre for leak, ( more than once), no leak found. Used up best part of 30 minutes of 2 engineers day, no leak. Left with advice and no charge. Very good service, lads were chatty and friendly too.

My daughter took her car for an MOT last week, they failed it with a list of advisories and quoted just under £200 for all required repairs. We took it to another garage for a second opinion and it passed with no repairs needed. They also charge £10 more for the MOT then anywhere else. Avoid, nothing but con artists!!
