LLoyds Bank in Ashington provides the highest level of service. My Uncle has banked there for many years and as his health deteriorated the staff at the branch have been so supportive. All staff are professional, helpful and friendly - creating a welcoming atmosphere in the branch. This branch is a credit to banking services. Thank you all at Ashington Lloyds!

Come in once a week and I have to say this by far the best branch of Lloyd's that I've banked at, lovely staff and nothing is a bother

i looked online for opening times it still says your open till 5pmI am 76yrs old I got the bus to ashington walked from bus stationin freezing cold only to see a dam piece of paper on your door sayingyour closed at 2pm each day ! change your details online you have put meat risk and am going to have to make same journey again tomorrowbloody joke !

Well what can I say it's a bank and a well known one. Well all I can say is better service available and much more helpful staff elsewhere. Receive bad service from them and staff do not care or try to help to resolve so I closed my account with them and went elsewhere to receive better service and advice, I have also heard from friends and family of problems they to have had with this bank. Not the best bank and service available and a lot of competition on doorstep to use instead of them so not worth using in my opinion.
